A: Most orders approved before 2PM EST are shipped same-day. Sometimes orders submitted after this time
also ship out same-day but it is always best to get your order in as early

Q: How does the online consultation work?
A: Online consultations provide a valid means for patients to receive

USPS. The exact shipping method used for a particular order depends on

Q: How do I get my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number is always sent automatically via email at the
time of shipment. Sometimes a package may not ship until as late as 8PM
so always allow wait until after this time of the scheduled date of

Q: Can I have my package held at the station for pickup?
A: This is not recommended for credit and debit card orders since the
pharmacy will determine which courier ships your order. For example, if
you choose to have your order shipped to a FedEx station and the
pharmacy ships it via UPS, FedEx will not hold it. It is best to have it
shipped to your home or work address. If you miss the package the
courier will attempt to redeliver and/or leave a note for pickup.

orders ship same-day the $23.95 does not guarantee same-day shipment, it
is payment for overnight shipping on the date the pharmacy dispenses
your medications - which is usually the same day you order. To insure your
order is processed and shipped same-day please place your order as early

Q: What happens when I submit my order?
A: Your confidential order is encrypted and dispatched through a SSL
secure order system to a licensed physician who will review the
information you have submitted and approve or decline your request.
Provided your
order is approved, the physician will then write your prescription and

the Saturday delivery option will ship out for delivery the next day

WITHOUT the Saturday delivery option will ship out and be
delivered the following Monday, again barring any unforeseeable delays

#3 Orders that are NOT APPROVED or SHIPPED before the end of the
business day FOR ANY REASON will ship out the following Monday overnight
to be delivered on Tuesday.

Q: Can I upgrade my package to Saturday delivery?
A: We cannot under any circumstances make any changes or upgrades to the
delivery address and/or shipping method once your package has been
